[b] A Sporting and Shooting Record Book kept from 1888 until 1896. With shoots recorded at Boldre Grange, Brantridge Park, Slaugham Park, and 'near Lucknow'.

[a] With a Magdalene College, Cambridge label affixed to the frontispiece and dated '1948'.

[b] Inscribed as being kept by Captain R. A. Newbury  of the Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry.
